PLACING AN ORDER
Once your order has been received, you will receive an order confirmation to your nominated email address.
Editing Your Order
Unfortunately, you cannot change any of the details relating to your order after you have submitted it online.
Before submitting your order, please ensure that all details in your order, including the shipping information are correct.
If you provide the wrong information on your order, Touch Football Australia cannot accept any responsibility for any problems regarding the order or delivery.
Touch Football Australia accepts Mastercard, Visa or PayPal for all online sales.
Refunds and Exchanges policy
Touch Football Australia understands that repairs, exchanges and refunds maybe required.
If a manufactures fault occurs, please contact Touch Football Australia to organise a refund or exchange.
The Touch Football Australia Online Shop cannot be held accountable for returned goods that are lost in transit when sending items back. We suggest that these are packed appropriately and sent via registered post back to The Touch Football Australia Online Shop.
Please note The Touch Football Australia Online Shop will not be liable for the postage costs of any items that are returned due to incorrect size or size swaps from the original order.
When returning items, please include your full contact and delivery details along with clear notification of the action you wish to be taken regarding the return.
Please choose your team wear or personalised merchandise carefully as no exchange will be offered.
Sale items are not exchangeable or refundable.
Delivery Times and Costs
For any items readily available in stock, dispatch of your order will occur within 24 – 48 hours. Once your order has been dispatched, your delivery can be expected after 4 – 5 business days. There are some rare circumstances where your order may be delayed, in this case please allow for up to 10 business days for your parcel to arrive domestically.
Please note, our BLK Referee Gear is dispatched from a separate location, we do expect delivery within 10 - 15 business days.
For any BLK clothing items or accessories, we expect a 4 - 5 week delivery time frame, as these are made to order. Should you have any questions regarding the time frame of delivery for these items, please feel free to call Touch Football Australia on 02 6212 2800.

Can I have my order sent to a PO Box?
We cannot accept PO Boxes as postal addresses for any orders that include BLK or STEEDEN merchandise.
Will you provide tracking details?
Any BLK or STEEDEN items will not have tracking details as they will be sent via courier. However, should you require information regarding delivery, please contact Touch Football Australia on 02 6212 2800.
Any items that are sent through Australia Post will having tracking details attached. These details will be sent to you via email once the package has been shipped.
How much will my postage cost?
Postage will be visible at checkout.
Can I have my ordered expressed posted?
Yes, we do offer an Express Post option however it is not available for items custom made by BLK.
How can I purchase bulk items?
You can purchase bulk items through the Touch Football Australia Online Shop. If you’d like to discuss this in more detail, please call us on 02 6212 2800.
How long will my order take to arrive?
The majority of BLK items are made to order, the general manufacture time is 4 - 5 weeks. Please allow up to 5 weeks for delivery.
For items readily available in stock, such as items by Linebreak and Steeden, please allow up to 10 business days for delivery. Please feel free to contact us on 02 6212 2800 if you would like to enquire about the status of your delivery.
Orders with multiple items will have items shipped individually and may arrive at different times.
Do you offer international postage?
If you would like to purchase any Touch Football Australia Merchandise as an international customer, please send an email to email@example.com prior to purchase. This is to ensure we have the ability to ship to your preferred postal address.
Which postage services do you use?
We entrust Australia Post & Fastway Couriers with the delivery of your goods directly from TFA. Custom made orders use Fastway Couriers or Star Track Express.
